At Picnic’s One Night Stand 10th Birthday at Tokyo Sing Song only a few weeks ago, Marcellus Pittman played from start to finish, proving to us why he is Detroit royalty. We’re honoured to present three hours of his incredible set on United We Stream Australia along with our international United We Stream global family.  This stream is also raising funds for Picnic and Tokyo Sing Song. Given the current two-week lockdown in Sydney, programmers and promoters such as Picnic have again lost 100% of their income while we have to comply with the government’s stay at home orders. Picnic is a vital contributor to the cultural fabric of Sydney, so we encourage you to donate at the link below, if you’re in position to contribute any amount. Funds raised will be split equally between Picnic and Tokyo Sing Song to assist with staff costs during this difficult period in Sydney. https://www.gofundme.com/f/picnic-covid-19-support-fundraiser

Beat and Path in partnership with United We Stream Australia will broadcast a six-hour Beat and Path label showcase featuring Jamie Stevens and Joe Miller, Nukreative, Sriracha and Uone, filmed at one of Melbourne’s most legendary underground nightspots Killing Time. With Melbourne in its fourth lockdown the venue has taken another big hit financially so we will be raising funds to assist the venue with the impacts on its income.

Artist
Milan Ring - acclaimed singer, rapper, guitarist, producer, music director, mix & mastering engineer performing live at Maton: Australia’s Guitar at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum. Drawing from her Chinese & Indian heritage, the concepts of duality (Ying & Yang) & spirituality are a constant source of inspiration to Milan’s artistry. Her signature sound is a carefully orchestrated balance between the analogue and digital worlds, seamlessly blending live percussion with electronic drums, whilst moving from synths to raw guitar takes.
